  • Is there a workout program I can follow?

    Yes - the 3 month workout program gives you progressive exercises that you can follow. They are *video based* exercises, so you can just follow along as I workout with you! :) The workouts get harder each month too! So you can expect to build muscle as we go along.

  • Do I need to buy workout equipment?

    Yep - I give you a workout equipment list. It usually costs people around $50 USD to invest in the recommended equipment.

  • Would this program work for me if I have an irregular cycle.

    If your cycle is longer than 36 days, this program might not be for you. But feel free to reach out to me directly via IG @cyclecoachacademy if you're curious about your situation and if I can help. :)

  • Do you add nutrition?

    Oh yea! Nutrition is a big part of resolving PMS, reducing period pain, regulating hormones etc. You'll receive a cyclical grocery list + customized nutrition ideas based on your PMS!

  • What if I can't make the coaching calls?

    The coaching calls are scheduled for Wednesdays at 5:30pm PST. The coaching calls are uploaded into our student portal, so you can watch on your own time. If you can't make the coaching calls, you can always submit your questions and watch the replay. You can also ask questions in the private facebook group to get my 1:1 support.

  • How big is the group?

    We are capping the 2024 hormone health reset program at 40 people.

  • When does this start?

    You'll be able to access our curriculum as soon as Jan 15. Our coaching calls will begin Jan. 17th at 5:30pm PST.

  • When does early bird enrollment end?

Hi! I'm Omega - professionally I have my BA in exercise science, I am a menstrual cycle educator and creator of the Certification Program (Confident Menstrual Cycle Coach Academy), where I help personal trainers optimize and balance their client's hormones using science-backed cyclical health, fitness and nutrition. In my personal life - I became a personal trainer when I was 18 and started doing fitness competitions shortly there after. During that time, I didn't have a period for 6 years, had PCOS and hypothyroid syndrome, so it's fair to say that I've seen the gamut when it comes to hormone imbalance. I've been able to optimize and balance my hormones and now it is my joy to teach others how to do it through fitness and nutrition!
