    Yes! Using the cyclical nutrition guide, you'll be able to choose foods from each category that you like. You'll also understand which micro-nutrients the food has so you can supplement if necessary!

  • My goal is to lose weight, will this work for me.

    This is not a weight loss program. This program is designed to help you balance your hormones. When hormones are balanced, the body can find balance. If you'd like to get stronger, navigate to "all course" and then check out the cyclical fitness program.

  • I have food allergies, can I still use this to balance my hormones?

    Yes! Once you find the cyclical grocery list, just choose foods from each category that you tolerate. If there are foods that you know you don't tolerate well, simply omit them from your cyclical grocery list.

About me:

Hi! I'm Omega - professionally I have my BA in exercise science, I am a menstrual cycle educator and creator of the Certification Program (Confident Menstrual Cycle Coach Academy), where I help personal trainers optimize and balance their client's hormones using science-backed cyclical health, fitness and nutrition. In my personal life - I became a personal trainer when I was 18 and started doing fitness competitions shortly there after. During that time, I didn't have a period for 6 years, had PCOS and hypothyroid syndrome, so it's fair to say that I've seen the gamut when it comes to hormone imbalance. I've been able to optimize and balance my hormones and now it is my joy to teach others how to do it through fitness and nutrition!
